Once the CNtest CSS, CMS, and CPS have sufficiently penetrated the market and have gained sufficient credibility in the test community, the Capacity Trading Service, or CTS, will be rolled out to complete the CNtest offering. The CTS, which will essentially provide a marketplace for test capacity, is made possible through the accurate and efficient specification, planning, and matching of test capacity provided by the other services in the CNtest suite.

Note, the CTS is not intended or designed to provide an open market for test capacity, feared by many as a path to commoditization and unneeded additional price pressure. Rather, using specific proprietary channels controlled by you, the CTS allows you to substantially reduce both the costs of collaborating with existing partners, and the costs of discovering new partners.
