The Capacity Matching Service, or CMS, allows users from around the world to search and match test capacity. The CNtest CMS, along with the CSS, serves the test capacity specification and alignment needs of the broad test marketplace. When matching capacity, every required attribute must be verified or there is risk that a given device cannot be tested. The CMS uses proprietary algorithms to quickly perform this sophisticated and complex task. As shown in the screenshot below, all you need to do is select your target set of capacity REQUIREMENTS and your target set of capacity INVENTORY, and simply click MATCH.

The CMS can be used to find spot capacity for a few sample devices from the startup fabless company, or to align a 6-month capacity forecast for several hundred devices from the large chip company with its half-dozen qualified test houses. The match capability can, in essence, also be thought of as a search engine that finds the best fit match within the scope of requirements and inventory specified by the user. All communication channels within the CMS are secure and controlled by the data owner, in order for them to protect their negotiation positions - an important part of today's business model.
